Guy’s story
“When I moved from The Netherlands to Mallorca with my family, we started to search for our own dream home on the island. Although I was familiar with the real estate market in other countries, in particular the USA, Holland and Israel, I could not have foreseen how many obstacles were waiting for us. My previous industry experience proved to be vital in navigating all of the bureaucratic challenges of Spanish paperwork and the frustrating purchase process."
This frustration became a strong drive to create change:
